Identify personnel needs

The employing department shall apply to the Human Resources Department according to the requirements of the position, and the department manager shall provide the number of people, positions and requirements to be recruited and explain the reasons;

Create a Hiring Plan

Hr department reviews recruitment applications, makes recruitment plans and submits them to senior leaders for review;

Personnel interview and selection

The department manager and the Human resources manager interview and evaluate the candidates, and the vice president, general manager and the chairman review the senior management personnel;

Recruitment evaluation stage

After the review, the functional department manager, Human Resources manager, vice president and general manager will form a team to make a comprehensive evaluation of the qualified personnel, and finally the human Resources Department will notify the recruitment.
